So I was using Mattakar's recipe for l10 critters (awesome! you da man!)and I've got some questions:
I made a l10 angler, and when I tried to tame it I got a message saying the container was full and I needed to release a pet to make room. Which was weird, because I didn't have any other pets. I gave the angler to a friend and she got the same message. Tried with a l9 angler and got the same thing. Are Anglers bugged?
Also, what's a fair price for l10 critters? Is that the price for a deed, or one which has been trained?
Speakingof training, I tamed a l10 Razor Cat but couldn't teach it anything. Which I guess is no surprise since I've got no CH skills, but I guess I'm confused because I thought I read that non-CH pc's can train a l10 pet much like they can a droid. If so, how?

ok, to answer your questions:
the angler is an aggressive skin and cannot be used by a non-CH. Use the Hermit Spider skin instead for the spider look.
I am currently selling my animals at the 50k pricerange. +/- depending on HAM and extras.
Training is still up to the CHs. you have to pass it to one and have time train it for you.

Is there an easy way to tell what's an aggressive skin and what isn't?
If anglers are ferocious, then WHY would anyone make one as a l10 pet, for crying out loud?!?

There are several write-ups here in the forum. Sumorex has done some really detailed work on Bio and has a list compiled of all the skins CL level and whether they are agressive or not. Search through the stack and you should find it.
