BE's can create any CL from 1 ( by working down DNA and NOT experimenting & if skin we have can go there ) to past CL70 ( thought useless since Max Pet tame is capped at 70 ).


Some skins have minimum CL req's and others do not.


Any DNA we have can make any "look/Skin" , we can DNA from Lesser Dewbacks and make a straight copy and stuff it into a Dewback "skin".
