it is indeed the 2nd line of skills (tissues), but without the 4th line (engineering) you'll just get junk. and for all BioE products, nothing can touch the master-level tissues, clones, DNA, and experimentation.

Ahhhh thank you very much. ummm is there enough points for Master Medic, Master BE and two lines chefsthree scout? I 'm just lazy.....time to add darn fa'got markman but I only use a laser rifle errrrr time to think. Don't ya just hate points

You can not make good tissues without master. Master gives you the points you need.
