If you are taling about the Shellfish Harvesting tool then you can get the schematic from a guy under the bridge in Anchorhead.

You have to complete 2 missions for him to get it.

The 1st misison is to kill a bounty hunter that is after him. The Bounty Hunter has about 7500 HAM !

The 2nd mission is to deliver somthing for him and then you get the schematic for the shellfish harvesting tool.

Both misisons are within 400m of Anchorhead.

In Wayfar, the guy is under some tents, next toa bunch of various skill trainers. Only one under a tent with a mission flag on him. Big thing to keep in mind is that the reward is an item, so that you could trade it to someone else as needed, just need to have Engineering 3 to ba able to learn it. Since he asks you to go kill people (about 4 different missions), best to grab some buddies and/or have combat skills. Final guy you fight only has 3k HAM, so none of them are too terribly tough.

Ok, thanks... do you get the same schem form both the AH and Wayfar guys? I want to AH and there was no guy under the bridge, I spoke to the guy in the pit, but I ran his batha statues missions a while back and now he won't give me anything else.

I'm in Wayfar now, so I'll find the guy and get the tool from him. Thanks for your help guys.
