Most of the calculations seem fairly accurate for the DNA samples I tested them on, with the exception of HAM which seems to be affected by a random factor to a certain extent.
The initial template values are accurate to about 1pt. If they are off then the experimented values will be off as well. I think I might be able to make them more accurate by changing some of the rounding but it will take some more data to figure out. At the moment the resist calculations don't work, so have been disabled. The rest is pretty much functional though.
If you spot any errors in the forumlae used or have suggestions for improvements please post them here. If you can please include template stats and if you're feeling really generous include the DNA sample stats as well.
On a final note, none of the credit for these formulae belongs to me. I didn't play any part in gathering all the data required and deriving the formulae from it. All of the credit for this goes to the guys over at the BE forum on the official site. Kudos to them!

Let me start by saying that I commend you on your efforts with this calculator. Having looked over the calulations and formulas that you have put into this, I'm sure this was quite a task. Now, on to the rest of the show.
I downloaded and played with this for a bit and I can say that you are definately on to something and are close; however, the calculations where off by around plus/minus 5 and also you can take into account failures. The calculations, being based on great successes are withing reasonable range of the end product, but again it is near to impossible to calculate if you have less than or great than a great success, and a failure throws the calculations way off.
This is a start at least. Again, good job and good luck with this.
