I ground BE for the holo, there I admit it. However, I've given up all my combat and other prized skills in order to keep it because now that I've got it I really like it. However, I am confused.

A friend asked for some melee/stun defense clothes (he's a tailor) so, being a Master now I set about making some Tensile Resistance fibres. The best I can get out of them is +4/+16. Now I've looked at other BE vendors and they commonly have +15/+15 things. How are they doing it? What are the best resources to use? I have my own +16% crafting tool next to my own station in my house and as I said I'm a Master with all the experimentation points that gives. So how do they do it and I can't?

sorry to tell you but that is the max for the melee/def vs. stun tissue. the other tissue you saw was non melee stuff. hope this helps
