I made master Bio-engineer last night, now I want to know which planet is the best to get my DNA from to make some good pets...

Hand down for me -- Endor

Dantooine is good too

Dathomir if you have the stomach for that planet

Pets for you? Pets for a CH? Pets for a non-CH? Depends a lot on what you like to make.

For me, Dant is great for all around, but I focus on lower level (10-19) creations.

When I was BE I liked Dathomir...sampling rancors is fun hehe.

i spend a lot of time on dantooine...... but i find i have the most fun sampling on endor

dathomir is only good for all the rancors, but until you get sampling IV/master, it's a waste of condition for your clothes/armour

I like Dath and Dant, I like mixing Mutant Rancor with Frenzied Grual, but then what planet is best depends on what you're making what specials you want etc.

endor for high levels

dantooine for low special monsters.

Tatooine for non-creature handler or CL-teen animals(any starter planet actually)

Endor for mid level animals with armor (I spend the vast majority of my time on Endor)

Dathomir for tanks (gotta get that mutant DNA no matter how hard it is to get)

Ever since I reached DNA IV I've about set up house on Endor. There's creatures there for mostly any level of pet you want to make, and poisonous specials abound. There are lots of high level non-aggro's to sample and once you get used to how individual mobs act, you can safely navigate the countryside on foot without getting yourself in danger.

My favorite sampling creatures: Merek Deaths Head, Merek Harvester, Arachne Webmaster, Blurrg, Bark Mite Burrower. All those can get you armor 1 pets and high ham. Arachne drones are simple to sample and you get strong poison from them Put those in the last 3 slots, and experiment with putting samples in the first 2 and you can have a very nice non-ch with poison special, even mounts.

Just watch out for the Blurrg Raptor, he's fast and he hates you, and if you see him its probably already too late.
