Thread: Help with skill modifiers

ih to all.... i need an help to understand an armor attachment aspect.
i have an armor attachment with 3 different stats modifyers. actually all 3 stats are changed if i use this armor attachmentin an armor? or take effect only the higher stat?.

1. We dont make armor attatchments or skill tapes.


2.Attatchments with multiple bonuses dont always apply to the item.


3. Skill enhancers are bugged as hell.
