During my time creating tissues the best I have come up with is a +14/+14. Recently, I had a request from a MT for +25 tissues. Are these possible or do MTs have to combine 2 tissues to get a final product with +25?

what they have to do is use crates of your active biosensors to make crates of enhanced cloth witch they then stack in the clothing to get the +25.

Thoeretically it is possible to get +25 active biosensors, but I have yet to see it in a single tissue. I think the highest I have seen is +17/+17.
They may want single stuff so they can put it into more clothing. +13/+13 is good b/c a lot of clothing requires 2 units of cloth. This the two tissues stacking for the +25 cap.

Theoretical max add is +20 for the advanced tissues. To get +25 you stack the advanced with the 'standard' or 2 advanced depending on what you are making (at least so I'm told by a tailor friend!).

It's always funny when a master tailor asks for these
I have even had a few swear it can be done since others are selling clothes with +25. I then procede to tell them about stacking and suggest they read the sticky threads in the tailor forum
Some even try to tell me how they can't stack them and I don't know what I am talking about...
I have made +18 with almost perfect resources. I think +20 is the absolute best we can make...
