Btw, Grauls and Rancors are only worth making pets that are "Hey look at me" pets.
personally anything larger than Dewback size is a special request and warrneted to have added costs in there creation, at least i usally do add some bit of credits if i have to make a Rancor, Graulor a Kimo

which specialized tool though, im using food and chemical but it isnt showing those creatures.

It's not enough just to have a food and chem tool. You must be in front of a food and chem crafting station to unlock some of the craftable items.
