No, I'm not talking about raising it to like 50 or something, but I think that 35 would be much better number. Here's why. As a master BE you are going to, at the very minimum, get about +15 on a tissue. At teh maximum, I think we have seen +18's and the norm comes in around +17. Now, can someone explain to me why I either have to make inferior products (+12/13) for people to hit the cap, or make superior porducts (+17) but people waste what I can do.
So, we should either raise the tissue bonus to 35 (2 +17's is 34 which is close enough and puts some values into +17's) or we need to make it so our top of the line tissue (+18's) come out as +25's instead.
Any thoughts?

Increasing some skills by 1/3 is a bit heavy handed, thats not just an enhancement it's practically giving someone skills which some people work through professions for. If anything I think that defensive enhancers like bleeding defence, stun and melee should have a higher cap than something which enhances a skill.

Thats fine, then make it so a perfect tissue comes out at 27 or something. Give us at least something to shoot for. Give us a reason to try to make the best we can, not a reason to hold back or penalize people for making them pay for things they cant use. Give us something.

I have mixed feelings about this tissue stacking change.
Can't make +25 singles (+19 seems to be the cap) so high + singles are still good for alot of things.
But I can wipe my butt and get a +13 tissue... so not too thrilled with skill barely mattering for multi-tissue items.

No. We have a cap of 100. Cap is 25% of that. That pretty darn good even if it not do much
