What am I doing wrong

I just hit Master BE and want to make a Narglatch - I go to a Public Crafting Station but the schematic doesn't appear.

What Crafting Station am I looking for? Will a Public one do the job??

A public one won't give you every schematic, I've found. I either use a crafted one or a droid with a high-rated chem crafting kit.

many schematics don't show up ata public station. You need to either purchase a personal and place it in your home or purchase a droid with a station installed in it. I recommend you do both.

I have both and it is also nice to be able to store your high quality crafting tools in the droid so they don't decay if a Mutant Rancor takes you in one bite
