Bio Engineer Archive

I am a nonvince BE and am working to master. I also want to go into the Chef/Tailor so I can make my own Bio Engineered stuff. But I cant seem to find where or how to add them. I am novince Chef & Tailor now but none of the clothes allow me to add these enhancers. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

I know for tailor you add them to the reinforced fiber panels or synthetic cloth that you use to make clothes. You dont just put them into clothes. I believe the same is true for food, but im not sure. You put it into a part you use to make the item, not the finished item itself.
