Mostly its getting enough high OQ fish to make a factory run. It takes an insane amount of time fishing although I do find it fun most of the time. It just takes too long and if the quality isn't good there's no real point in it.

I make C's as I can, they use dathomir insect meat, sothe quality is very fixed in a given month, and a few bad rounds of resource shifting can make them completely worthless. Also, good stim B's are nearly as good as Average Stim C's.

Stim D's take 24 fish meat. Which comes from a very dull and exasperating activity that doesn't macro well and yields small amounts. How small and how tedious? Well, I have an open call for fish meat of ANY quality, and will pay 75 credits per unit to anyone who puts it on my vendor. I get maybe enough fish to make one stim D per week.

Stim C bst I've made is 1180. Best Stim D is 1640.

hehe I feel your pain, trully I do.

Problem is for the Cs it takes Dathimor insect meat which no one really wants to hunt the spiders and mites that give it off, low paying mission. I have to beg and pay ALOT of cpu to get people to hunt it for me.And more often then not the meat tends to suck and not many BEs would lower the standards of what they sell, for example: Good Cs will hit for over 1100 in heals, a bad Cs will hit from 890-950 depending. My Pet Stim Bs hit for 910-912 and even higher. So we tend to mass produce the Bs more when the meat shift is in the tank. TRUST me when I say I would love to make a ton of Cs they sell faster then candy to a group of 5 year olds.

As for the Ds they need fish, good luck getting someone to hunt this stuff for BEs, I was offering 100 cpu even up to 150 Cpu on ANY fish and the moist Ds I could make after that week was a crate of 15. and even then it sucks, cause the fish was bad OQ . But I bet if you were to do alot of fishing, the DS take 24 or 25 fish per stim, your Fav BE would be more then happy to make them for you.

I made one run ever of Pet Stim D's. I got (ta da) 100% healing power in a Stim D, for 31x1654. This makes it the best healing stim in the game.

But I paid 2400 per stim for just one resource (the fish). In the end, the stims were so expensive to make, that I actually make a lot more selling C's (my staple product.)

And as the others said, getting fish is impossible. Even at 100 cpu.

Bro'pine, my suggestion if you really want C and D pet stimpacks, is to collect the fish or dathomir insect meat, and strike up some sort of deal with a MBE on your server. More than half of the petstim CsI make end up with the people who've supplied the meat to me, and I'm sure if you can supply enough meat to make a crate for yourself, in addition to some extra meat for the BE's own use, you can get the supply you're looking for. (1200 units will make you a full crate, if you're curious. Don't forget that a BE will need at least 24 more extra to make a schematic.)

I'm looking forward to this, as I have taken up fishing in order to provide the ultimate "high end" pet stims, but the difference is likely to be that now I'll be able to make 50 pet stim D's a week rather than 20. In either case, it's not like I'm going to be selling off huge amounts of crates of them, and I doubt we'll get to the point where fish is even as plentiful as Dath insect meat (which is fine by me, it's nice to have a difficult to penetrate high end market imho).

I don't sell D's. Not worth the effort. C's sell out so quickly that my vendor is almost always empty. I can't keep up with demand.

You didn't search very well. I've got a boatload ofcrates of pet stim C's on my vendors right now. Go to Clandestine - Pets at -7020 5340 just a short ride from Theed and you'll find all you'll need and alot more.
