Hey Gang,

I've seen it quoted many times that the quality of the resource you use has zero bearing on the outcome of the pet (can't experiment on it etc).

It has occured to me that assembly takes a greater role than anything else and I would recommend working Engineering Techniques I - IV first. The reason being is due to the fact that when your assembly is low, the samples seem to actually roll back in quality (I'm talking about compiling samples into template). Example an AA sample going to just plain Average. This is true even when using all AA quality samplings.

This is even true when using a +15.00 tool and +43.93 station.

I noticed this right away. Sometimes the flora/meat seem to have this same effect. I get better assembly (example: Your assembly was a great success vs. Your assembly was average), when I use a moderate to high quality meat and flora vs. the trash stuff.

Anyone else confirm this, or is this some act of randomness that I'm not seeing?

It seems hard to reliably determine if it was the lowered template (already in motion by assembly) to the construction of the pet.
