Thread: A little help with a lvl 35 pet
Dude you're almost there. Sample those 37-41 pets you made. Combine the DNA how you want it but don't experiment in prowess or mind and you should have it.
The key for manipulating CL is multiple generations man.
Goodluck.
Try to limit yourself to 2 resist attributes and put a level 10 junk with nothing to interfere with the mix into slot 4. Also, keep the power at 400 or below. Keep the fortitude close to 500 along with the Dex and intelegence. Pass up the temtation to do too well.
When I use BMB, I make it a 2 step process, first step is to give vunerabilities in the 6 of 8 areas not needed. You do this by adding it into slots 1, 2 and 5.

What Greenstok said, this is the best advice. What I do is collect a lot of "filler" dna. This dna is specifically used for slots 3 and 4 (mental and psych) when I am making a "tank" and want to sacrifice some mental HAM and attack speed and to-hit for lower CL. What you need to be careful of though is that you don't put stuff in there that adds vulnerabilities you don't want or have too detrimental effect on the overall resists.
Some of my favorite dna for doing this is Greater Sludge Panther, because it is so easy to get (just go to panther town on Talus and come back with a backpack full 10min later) and has a real nice blended set of resists with pretty low CL. Lately I've discovered Savage Quenker dna also has some of the same properties but also a nice ranged attack. I'll be giving that a try as my "filler" dna for my next batch ![]()
I played around last night made a excellent lvl 31 angler for a freind 8.5k ham armour light strong poison strong dieseas ranged attck this was from 2 lvl 41s so a little more playing should be about right ![]()
Thxs for the help
