Fear not LordNox... it gets much MUCH better as your sampling skills improve, not only will the quality of the samples improve, but you'll also be able to sample from more powerful creatures, and sample more times from each creature before they aggro you/drop dead. Just keep poking those guys and it'll get better.

I noticed that at sample 1 I got mostly below average. Sample 2 I got average. Sample 3 I got above average. Sample 4 I got High Quality. And at master I can get very high quality. Of course as you level up, you are going to get a little bit of everything and the higher lvl the critter is it seems you get higher quality dna.

Thanks for the info. Good news indeed. I was just a bit surprised last night when I started sampling Dashers that I was still getting average and below average samples. I had assumed that the quality was related only to the mob level having just sampled yard trash previously, but see that I was wrong, its a combination of skill level and mob level.

One other question though: what aspects of crafting critters or how does the sample quality affect the final product? Even on some of the average or below average samples I was taking they still had Dependibility of1000 on some of them.
