I don't know of such a guild. However, from my sampling experience here's what I did and found to be effective. Just a note, most creatures worth sampling for XP in my experience don't yeld the greatest amount of XP, but generally have the best chance of a successful sample or most spawns.
* Novice BE - Sampled Lesser Bols on Dant - 130ish XP per sample, 3 creatures a spawn, not dangerous, non-aggressive.
* Sample I - I sampled a mix of lesser bols and normal bols/bol runners - 327ish XP, 3-4 creatures a spawn, non-aggressive, but depending on if you have combat skills they can kill you.
* Sample II - Endor Mites, Endor blushing/blooming jax both give 310ish XP, but lairs consist of 6-8 creatures per spawn, not aggressive, but social so dangerous. Pikets on Dant, 340-370 XP, 3-4 spawns a lair (lots of babies).
* Sample III - Same as II.
Note these are after you have that box, not trying to acquire it.
Ah... oh yeah, creatures don't neccessarily die from just failed samples, they die from successful ones too. As you increase in skill, you have a better chance of sampling multiple times before the creature dies. However, I found 1 sample deaths are still common, but I had times where I've sampled upto 7 times as well. I really wouldn't expect to get more than 2-3 samples most of the time though.

I don't know what the level caps are for each level But for the first few levels, you usually kill the critter when you sample him. The higher you get, the more samples you get from him before you eventually either aggro or kill him. I like to wade into a herd and take a few samples from each so nobody dies (least of all me).
At DNA IV you can get as many as 5 or 6 samples before your lab rat keels over.
Until you get DNAIII I wouldn't waste too much time on the adventure planets because you'll spend more time incapped and wasting on failures than anything else. Just sample the Hell out of low level stuff for DNA 1 and at II you can try Yavin IV and sample the non aggro Marmians andlower level stuff that wander about near the outpost.

Is there any guide for CL vs Sample level? I mean, what's the highest creature I should try to sample at sampling 1, 2 etc?
Also, everytime I get a successful sample (after several failures) the animal dies immediately. Does this always happen? I thought you could get more than one sample per creature.
