I'm just curious
What is the upper cap of the best creature possible? In other words is there a CL cap and at what level?
Regardsless of if it is usable or controllable
ps: I have a TKA master Wife. Every time we get an argument I spend an evening in the Med Center. I can't control her. Can you guys lower her CL level or do I have to grab some Taming skilltapes?

CL 70 is the max tamable.
CL 63 is the max tamable without BE enhanced clothing or the innate racial bonus to taming that Wookies get.
CL 75 is the max that a BE can sample from.
Effective caps for individual stats seem to run at 60% resists for Kinetic and Energy, 100% for all others. 600 damage is near the top, if not maximum for a BE pet, though I may be a bit low here.
I have not seen a pet with lower than 1.98 speed, higher than .6 to hit, and light armor seems to be the max we can achieve currently.
14K or so seems to be the max for Health, Action or Mind, but I have not seen a creature that is tamable that exceeds 12500 on all three stats, though 13k health, 12K action, 10K mind seems quite do-able.
Those are estimates gleaned from experience and consensus on the forum, and others may be able to refine them based on their experience, but they should serve as a good starting point.

1.98 is the stop speed on a 1st generation pet. I'm currently running a multi-generation experiment in which my best clone so far has a speed of 1.92. However the work needed for this is excessive and probably no very useful.
