Firstly you need to find yourself an overide terminal

Bring up the radial and one of the options will be to Provide DNA profile, why yes please that's just what I want to do.
You are then brought into the DNA Sequencing menu
http://mysite.wanadoo-members.co.uk/feeferswg/SWGimages/BE/screenShot0056.jpg
Now there's various guides on how to do this but you are reminded right up the top of the DNA Sequencing box, A<>T and C<>G, what we are trying to do is match the sampled chain to a DNA Index from below.
Here the sampled chain is GTG
I only need to match the first letter to start a chain so I need to find a C.

Well what luck, here's one.
Selecting it and then okay to continue gives me this message.
http://mysite.wanadoo-members.co.uk/feeferswg/SWGimages/BE/screenShot0059.jpg
Woot, I keep doing this for a while and eventually i'll end up with this...
http://mysite.wanadoo-members.co.uk/feeferswg/SWGimages/BE/screenShot0060.jpg
Now here the sampled chain is TTGAC
So I need to match an A.
http://mysite.wanadoo-members.co.uk/feeferswg/SWGimages/BE/screenShot0061.jpg
NOOOOOoooooooooeees!! No A to match!
Well never mind, hit okay and it'll tell me
http://mysite.wanadoo-members.co.uk/feeferswg/SWGimages/BE/screenShot0062.jpg
And it will generate a new set of DNA to sample, hopefully one that doesn't begin with T this time...
Indeed after a short while I'll be at this stage
http://mysite.wanadoo-members.co.uk/feeferswg/SWGimages/BE/screenShot0064.jpg
Last letter to match into a chain and a matching chain, selecting it and okay tells me
http://mysite.wanadoo-members.co.uk/feeferswg/SWGimages/BE/screenShot0065.jpg
At which point I get 1k Bio Engineering (Not medical crafting) XP and the commando can rush in to set the reactor to overload.

If using Internet Explorer, push the edit as HTML button. If using Firefox, just type in the HTML code in the message body:
