Has anyone even come close to hitting this? I've seen the time of the enhancement go up or down a bit depending on a few things, but I have seen no change in percentage. I read from a Dev post that the best enhancements should hit at about 20-30%.

Our meds do not provide this from what we can tell.

There is a post on the doctor forum however...someone did reach a 30% it took 1 doc...one somewhat master doc and one medic to buff one person...it stacked and made a 30% buff.....

I have yet to test this out myself. Or to get someone to help test this out.

If this is the case that is freakin weird and not to cool IMO. I personally do not sell the enhancers for doctors other then Injecitons and Jabs. No use no one purchases them so its a waste of my time and money.
