[Combat] A bull rancor (baby) attacks corpse of a nightspider with an area attack using Natural Weapon and hits for 244 points (244 points of kinetic damage).

It seems that at least the bull rancor will randomly use a special attack.

(Yes this creature is fully grown, however it has kept the (baby) tag because I never named it.)

Ok so now heres where you BEs come in. Can one of you please check and see if specials appear for the bull rancor on a DNA sample?

So far I am still not seeing specials in the DNA although i have to admit that I have not tried to sample a bull rancor (they were level 91 before they balanced Dathomir).

I am pleased that they have fixed the specials. Was reading the CH forums - the correspondant asked about them - devs said they were broken and then it was nice to see so quickly the patch notes that said they were working again.

Every bug they fix is a step closer to getting our BE bugs fixed

Uhmm.... how do you cause damage to a corpse?

Cool that they are getting specials to work again though. I would like to know if states can be applied more than damage since combatants cause more damage and draw aggro away from the pets. If a pet can intimidate, stun, or knockdown a foe while the combatant does all the damage, pets would be very valuable again.

Its not fixed yet. It only uses this attack at random and we still can not train these commands.
