All,

So far, the highest I've been able to sample is a cl 69 gaping spider on Dath. This usually has two or three failures with one success. CL 75 Malocks (reliable spawn on dath) require several failed attempts (and incaps). Or at least since I noticed this the other day. Have you experienced better luck in a group with a CL 80? Is your abilty to sample DNA related to your current CL v. the mob?

Related question, since patch 17 what is the highest level creature you've made? I'm finding it difficult to push cl's above the original level of the mobs from which the sample came. Further, it seems that the level of the original DNA is having more effect on final stats than what mobs I've sampled.
