Yep. If you bought a +25 shirt and +25 pants, the skill mod total when you look at it withCTRL-S will say +50, but only +25 is being used. Maximum is +25.
BTW, there aren't any +25 clothing. The max I've seen is +18. So you'd still need 2 items of clothing with BE enhancements (e.g., a +13 shirt and +12 pants).

Well, this is not quite right. If a tailor has a schematic that calls for TWO or moreBE-enhancedtailor components that go intoDIFFERENT slots than the BE-bonuses will stack and you will get a +25 BE enhanced garment. However, there are only a limited number of garments that can do this. For mask scent/cammo the component is synth cloth and I think you can havea +25 sunhat, or +25 striped slacks maybe one or two other garments.
If the BE enhanced component goes into the SAME slot on the tailor schematic then the bonuses do not stack.
