When buying armor or clothing attatchments with medical experimentation, how many do you need to have before you get an extra point to experiment with?

are you sure it gives you an extra point ? i always assumed it gave u a better chance of not failing when experimenting ? i am yet to try it how ever as iv never found a clothing attachment for this and the odd one i have seen for sale are like 3k for a +1 skill mod which im not about to pay as plus1 to the skill for a cost of 3k doesnot seem worth it..

+10 medical experimentation will give you 1 extra experimentation point

Note that the attachments are capped at +25 total. Since it takes +10 skill to get +1 experimentation point, this means that the most you can get is +2 experimentation points. Therefore, you may as well stop collecting attachments once you reach+20 medical experimenation.

Just as a side note, the most you can get is +2 experimentation points or a total of +20 on all of your clothes

Let me add, tapes of all kinds. Kinda a lottery, oh and you might have to compete with 'several' other people for the spawns.

If you can get it to +25 it may also help, however, in increasing chances of the better successes. So that extra +5 still might be useful. It sounds like the Publish 7 changes mgiht make that a tad easier to notice, though. I guess we'll see.
