1. Find a milkable creature
2. Mask Scent
3. Open Radial Menu on creature
4. Choose Collect Milk
5. Stay within about 5m of creature until you get the "You have collected some milk" message

mask scent, find a non aggressive creature, run up to it try to milk it. I think it's only things that have herbivore or domesiticated meat but I'm not 100% sure. Male versions of most animals cannot be milked and some aggressive ones can but its not worth the effort generally.

Male versions of MOST animals cannot be milked? Um .. it isnt milk if you are getting it from a male creature ...

One might also point out that in species for which there is no distinction (say fambaas, bolle bols etc...) you can milk all of them....
Regardless, its just on the radial menu so nothing to it once your realize you need mask scent up.
