Ok engineers, youfolks seem to be on top of these things so I'll ask your profssional collective brains. There seems to be a rumor that there does indeed exsist a mollusk harv that can be placed. I was told specifically it was a quest item. Can anyone confirm this please? I was told in a thread that someone saw one and it looked like a floral harv but a different color and was called a mullosk harvestor.

Please, I know all about the shellfish harvesting tool, that is not what I'm talking about.

Its a false rumor. I remember getting the tool and doing a macro, but you soon hit a point where there are no more to harvest in that area.

To the best of my knowledge there are no meat harvestors. In efect that's what a molusk harvestor would be. I'd love to get my hands on one, but unless it's a new stealth item loot thin in the last patch it doesn't exist.

i imagine its false....this would be way powerful - mollusk is often among the best meat in shift, it has higher avg stats than even carni meat. Plus, you cant build in water anyway.

No harvester, but if you want the schematic for the funny tool, go to Anchorhead. Turn left towards the cantina. Walk into the ditch and speak to the NPC there. Make sure you have an empty backpack with you... erm, nothing more to say

Even if it is, the tool turns it into 'Seafood' which is totally useless.
