Note:

This is mostly in response to Buboopadoo (Booling - what am i supposed to call you) - comments to my post that sidetracked the sweesonberry schematic question (apologies on that) - regarding FAIR market value of pets. So, tonight, I did a little bit of work, visiting all the pet vendors i could find.

The results are surprising. Please note this is for level TEN pets only - Bloodfin ONLY.

I found several vendors where the pets were obviously based on the standard VD/VD recipe. I suspect that they were made with NS DNA as the damage was low (55-65) and they rarely had specials. If they did, it was usually dizzy.

two vendors sold these for 100,000 each - high profile - shop right outside c-net

one vendor sold these at 30,000

one vendor sold these at 35,000

one vendor soldthese at 20,000 but with the aside that they had different specials (med poison, intimidate) + slightly higher dmg

one vendor sold theseat 180,000 to 280,000

Then there were the non-VD level 10's.

I found one vendor selling an 'uber'-level 10 (10K ham, 60% kinetic - you know the one) for 1,000,000

one vendor was selling level 10's with 440 HAM (even) and 2 nice specials for 7,000

one vendor was selling level 10's with 355 HAM that were resistant to energy and kinetic (20) for 30,000

one vendor had level 9's with 280 HAM, 55 dmg and no specials for 10,000

Comments and/or suggestions anyone?

I have a vendor right outside Coronet and i sell my lvl 10's for 20k. I don't think they are worth 1mil or even 100k. These BE's are making people not buy pets thinking they all cost so much money. They are giving us a bad name and making us look greedy.
