i made +4 melee def +18 stun def tissues pre CU. they converted to +4 melee def +18 ranged def. should they convert to +18 melee def +18 ranged def?

The conversion of these involved changing the skill rather than the stats. The post-CU stats seem to cap at 18 so pre-CU tissues get screwed on the melee but they hit higher on the ranged than post-CU ones can.

yeah I actually think the new tensile resitance is capped at +17.

My best Pre CU tensile res were +4/+19 i believe it was experimented up to 92% or so

Post CU i just experimented up to 91% capped me there 9th point attained 90 , the 10th point 91 no fails alld great success

the resulting tissue +16/+16

BTW the tailor that commised this spent 8mill on obtaing resource thingys to get the best resources ever on the server for these items. shes needless to say a little upset about spending 8mill to gain 1 plus over what i can make with the current resources

What resources did you use? I am using all 950+ OQ/PE stuff and the best I can get with exp points left over is +14/+14
