I am thinking (still) of picking up some BE skills. My question is if I get the template 0-4-0-4 would I be able to make the same quality meds and tissues as someone who is master? I can not find any sites that address this for sure so I thought I would ask you all since you deal with this stuff everyday.

yes you can, no benefit at master

only think is you cant make the best melee / ranged def tissues as these are in the master box

I posted a similar thread yesterday, so I learned that you wont get heavy nutrient additive also, (for chef)
