Thread: Is BE pet crafting still bugged?

Are BE pets still coming out at +160 CL? Any information would be greatly appreciated :-)

Yeah, I made plenty of wonderful spiders doing that... they're just so cool to put in guild halls

I just put together a level 189 Gurreck. Which is weird because my Pugoriss with Medium armour only reached 154.


What a huge waste of samples! Unfortunately I didnt realize what the critters were turning out like and I used up all my samples to make templates, then built the critters. I have about 10+ critters all over 150, except for one Narglatch that turned out level 6. And all from critters within 3K Coronet!

He might have been using samples from yard trash..the low level mobs around the starter towns.

The main problem with higher level samples is that they always cap at 1000 fortitude, which was modified greatly to reproduce the massive regen effect that post CU mobs exhibit, while crafting, this creates artificially high cl based on armor rating and regen rates, what they need to do is dump the level system, or fix the samples so that we get the same sample from every bol, regardless of level, that way, it will be more creature specific, and the crafting is still working, just not with the new DNA.


Oh, and the pet check nerf was revamped, so most pets get hit with the nerf bat when you call them.
