How does a tailor or whatever use Constrictor Cloth? please help

It's used in the optional biological component slot of a Reifnorced Fibre Panel.

Is it possible to have a manufacturing schematic for this ? I made one but i can put it in my chem factory, plus what is it used for ?

not work in factories. none the BE stuff does. Tailors use. Either reinforced or cloth.

Not likely, most likely they'll remove the schem button.

I havn't managed to get them to work. I make reinforced fiberplast pannels which show up as haveing Bleeding defence great so far. Then I make some clothes say paramilitary combats which use the pannel, but the final product doesnt have a stat boost, anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

If an armor uses RFP with +bleeding does that improve armor or does it only work with clothes?

I have made a reenforced shirt, and bandoliers with the +to bleed defense just last night

OK...I have read the boards and what to do and thought I had done exactly what it said, but I'm still not getting this to work. Will someone please so kindly take a few minutes and explain in detail how I get this to work. I have 2 crates of constrictor cloth, go from there please, I would truly appreciate it!
