it has been a couple months since i have played swg. so iknow things ahve changed. can BE makeenhanced clothing? im looking for a shirt with + anythingforswordsman. please let me know if they can do this. also if u play on kauri, i would liek to buy your service. that way the stuff is ready for me when i get back on thursday. im lookng for a good BE rancor and kimogila as well, also a mount squill if u can. please let me know.

BE's can make the tissues that tailors use to make enhanced cloth/clothing. For server specific shopping though, please post on the appropriate server formum.

We cant make any swordsman specific clothing, only thing which comes to mind is the stat mods for intimidate + warcry, defense vs. stun + melee denfense or combat bleeding defense...
You wouldnt manage to fit more than 4 of those into a shirt AFAIK and the values will depend on available resources, i'm not on Kauri so i'm not sure what is reasonable...
It's unlikely you could cap the +25 for each of them with only one piece of clothing... Especially the melee denfense stat (usually only +4) 
Finally we cannot make mountain squills, so thats one pet you'll have to go out and tame for yourself 
As for finding someone to make these things for you, yes you should ask in your galaxy forum.
