Thread: Macro Grinding with crafting station = no xp?

Hey all
I've been using a macro to grind things and it works like a charm, but it seems that when I'm near a crafting station or need to use one to make a specific object to grind, that I get no XP at all. Is there something I should do to change the macro i'm using so i can get xp when grinding near a crafting station? if needed i'll post the macro text itself.

NO,
I am not a grinder Bio-E is my chosen profession and i too have experienced the same problem in making several creature types wher the xp was not added to my total amount. If you have such problems like this please report it with a /bug report. This game has way too many bugs in it but it is still FUN !!

If you're near a crafting station, it prompts you if you want to experiment. When you use a macro, you can't answer that question, and your macro moves on.
Really, your macro should probably fail and not use resources.

Stay away from crafting stations is not a good enough answer for me. The better XP items are only accessable through crafting stations. There HAS to be some command line argument to select create prototype item in the extra pop up window at a crafting station. Some out there PLEASE help us. With the Jedi Revamp right around the corner andwith real life going on MOST of the time, any help would be appreciated, I just wanna be a jedi....

won't make it before the Revamp but I'd like to get as close as possible

Actually its super easy. Add an extra /next; in your nextcrafting stage (for a total of 3). That is all you need. It still works away from crafting stations too.
