Thread: Bio-Engineers and Light Food Additive
Actually, Bio-Engineers make "suppliments", which you combine with water to make the "additive", but you're on the right track.
BTW, there are 4 types of suppliments, each one in 3 strengths.
Nutrition - increases the effect of the food or beverage (+300 mind vs +150 for example)
Flavor - Increases the duration of the effect of the food or beverage ( 10 minute long buff vs 5 minutes, etc.)
Filling - Decreases the amount of the "stomach" the food uses. (33% filling vs 50%, you can use 3 doses rather than only 2 of something that stacks)
Quantity - Increases the number of uses per item. (15 use Blue Milk vs 9 use, for example, or 20 pet treats in each stack vs 10, etc.)
The most commonly used seems to be Nutrients, as it makes the effect of the item greater, but all 4 do have some uses, and knowing which one you need will be important.
If you're going to provide the resources, look for the same stats you would for chef foods; OQ, PE and Flavor, with a good OQ being most important in most cases (though not 100% of the time) and high PE and Flavor having a very big effect on the final result.

I have been trying without success to find Light Food Additive or any other Nutient suitable for turning Hide and Wheat into Light Trail Biscuits. Are there any Flurry Bioengineers who would sell this for3 credits per unit? I have been searching for this for weeks.

I think I see as many Chef/BE combinations as I do Tailor/BE or CH/BE for just that reason. We seem to be scattered pretty thin lately, and rarely wearing a master title or making our characters searchable. I'm not on Flurry, so I cannot do much for you. Advertising in the trade forum for your server is your best bet currently; we're talking about a BE sales listing here but our new correspondent has her hands full just getting started so we haven't done anything of the kind just yet.
