Thread: Max on Post CU sub components?
Theoretical max power for advanced stim components (ABEC, ALS and ACRDM), post-CU is 75. In actuality, ACRDM is lower, because the PE on herb meat is capped. At one point they said they readjusted the formulas to take into account the caps on resources, but Im pretty certain they missed the ACRDM formula.
Theoretical power for advanced enhancer components (ADM, AIA, and ARC) is 300.

80? I always thought they we're 75 post CU. Did something change or have I been wrong all this time? ![]()

Yep, sorry for the mistake, it is 75. Personally, Im still using pre-CU stuff on stims, so I am a bit behind on this.

Yeah I have damn near perfect resources. I am hurting a little on the Herb meat and a little on the PE of the Lok Wild Wheat.
What I am wondering though, is if these are even lower than expected due to two of the subs that do checks for UT which I think in both instances don't exist on those resources. I thinkit is theALS and the ABEC. Now, I think that would reduce the max - by how much I don't know.Just checking if any info has been researched on thisfact.
PS I got 1188's last night. Next awesome batch of Herb meat and I think I can break 1200. This is with post CU components and for stim D's of course.
On another note, I can only get my ALS's up to 4 charges. The ABEC's and ACRDM's I can only get to 2 for charges. I messed around last night and it seems the % to hit an additional charge is not worth the effort at all for the latter two.
The lack of UT will have an affect on your subs charges, not the power. I would also agree that charges on your subs are a nice bonus, but not really worth considering a resource change over unless you can get 500 extra UT with a reduction of 25 OQ.
The cap on the PE of Lok Wild Wheat seems to be taken into consideration when crafting for power on aBECs.

You meant that you could only get the ABEC's up to 4 charges, with the ACRDMs and ALSs at 2 charges, right? With server-best resources for all ofmy components, ABECs are the only one I can get 3-4 charges on while maxing the power. The rest are in the 2-2.x range (just short of 3 if I get all amazings).
Oh, and I'm pretty sure all 3 of the stim components max at 75. ABECs seem to have been adjusted for the capped PE stat on the wild wheat. I'm getting 73 power on those which is what I get when I do the math and assume that my 680-ish PE is actually 970 or so (680 / 700 = .970+). And my ALSs hit 74 power with 994 OQ, 994 PE berries and 1000 OQ water. As its already been stated, ACRDMs don't seem to have been adjusted to reflect the PE cap of 700 on Herbivore Meat. As a result, I think those max in the low 70's.
Speaking of ACRDMs, is anyone else (particularly former Doc crafters) noticing that the ACRDMs get 1 pt lower power than the same resources managed before the CU? I've noticed it on 4 different combinations. I've been wondering if that's a feature or a bug.

I noticed that too but dismissed it as me using different resources.
