Thread: Exspermintation Power is now determined by OQ and UT is this true??

What the hell is this i always thought OQ andPE was for power now in CU from what i hear UT and OQ determin power thats stupid i spent alot of money on good resources with good OQ and PE not all of them have the best UT now i need to start looking for stuff with good UT instead of the PE grrrr can they please leave 1 thing alone. Can anyone conferm this i really hope its not true

You still aren't saying which ones SPECIFICALLY are bothering. Using UT isn't anything new but I'm wondering if there has been a change to something old.

All medical schems I have access to on TC-Ep3 still use the same formula than pre-CU: 66OQ/33PE for power and 66OQ/33UT for charges. What got taken out is the DR/OQ combination for duration on higher-level doctor schems.

Many meds needed OQ/PE and UT before - the OQ/UT combo determined charges, and OQ/PE determined power.
