So guys how have ya been? Any new issues that I have not mentioned in my current draft? if not I am about to send it off to sony. Also them allowing us correspondonts to test the new patchs on test server in advance with premade bio engineer and other classes will help alot in nailing bugs down before they reach the live servers.

I am going to start next week posting what I think may be wrong with the current patch so you alll can give me feedback on if you think it needs work or to be changed.

Thanks again for all your help nailing down the current issues and if any arise just post it and I will send a second draft off if enough arise before the next major patch.

All in all the class is slllllllllllllllllowly but surely starting to finally come together...though we all know it needs more work but look at where we started and see how far we have come.

You're doing a fantastic job, Wayubb. Thanks for all your help thus far.

I agree but the thing of it is... the game should have come with all this stuff working in the first place. I'm not about to extol my praises on SOE for making something work that should have been working for the past 2 months.

I think most, if not all of the issues have been addressed now. really all we can do is wait for them to come up with a way to fix it, then do it. I don't think we can really ask anymore of you than what you have done for us.

Doing a good job Way. Is there any update on our patch though, it kinda distraughts me that we got no further thumbs up on the matter.
And it would be awefully nice to drop us a bone or two until the big overhaul like linking petstims and vitpacks to the factory or abolish some of the more extravagante ressources needed in their creation ...

I have tried some "products" from the tissue line with a Tailor.

And here is (as everyone knows) where the problem starts.
Schematics are not recognised from the factory, but we knew that already. So we could not test a lot. Many tailor items require factoried cloth, sythetic cloth and other stuff (sorry I can't remember all the differnet sorts). The BE enhancements can only be added to one kind, and for a lot of clothes, there is no enhancement possible.

What I miss here is a well thought and planned cross reference to the Tailor crafted items. Of course it is a problem, should we get more options for the tissue line (whenever that will be), then at the same time the Tailor and Chef tables have to be updated and changed accordingly. That can not happen tomorrow, it takes time to work out everything.

Further we tested the constrictor cloth. Well, I crafted some plus 4 bleeding defense. The contrictor cloth was usable during the tailor crafting process, but..the defense did not show up on the final crafted tailored item. The same happened with the scent camouflage.

There is not a lot of Wookiee wear in the game, but I want to get sure, that all the future enhancements can be added to any type of clothes, and not only to the humanoid types.

Anyways, the result was disapointing. We knew it was broken, but I wasn't aware how badly broken this skill tree really was.

Wayubb, um. What changes on Test are you planning to test next week? The Correspondant terminals may be going in, or already in, but unless I've missed something NONE of our promised/proposed mechanics have been implemented anywhere (including the Test Center).
Did I miss it somewhere, and we've gotten any tangible sign that something's being done? Or just the tattered dev letter with amazing potential (but no visible implementation so far)?

Wayubb doing good with the reports so I have really nothing new to add that I know of.

It'd be great if you can support my thread (see sig)

Aww crap just forgot, Sinnyil posted a bug that appeared recently, and it can be exploited. If you can't find the post just PM me and I'll tell you the details.

None of the BE changes have been put on TC yet?! I think it's safe to assume that our promised fixes won't be coming with the next patch. The Devs always talk about how important lots of testing is for fixes so I can't imagine anything going into the next patch that isn't already being tested.

If there aren't a satisfactory number of changes in this next patch (about 2 weeks away) then I am cancelling my account.

I pray to God almighty that all 3 computer game magazines trash this game. Not that it matters, I guess. 275k+ suscribers already means the business strategy of "release now, finish later" is working for SOE just splendidly.

It's got to be either humor or he's getting delirious after all this time.

How exactly is it coming together? As far as I know, absolutely NOTHING has changed. Oh, except the serious downgrade to xp. I am going to go out on a limb here and assume you don't feel that's a good change.

Nothing has gone onto test. Nothing has been given a deadline. Nothing has been mentioned about the xp issues.

So we have exactly what we've had for a long time now. Nothing.

If that's "coming together" then I think we all need to work on our definitions.

HOWEVER, don't take this as criticism of what you've been doing Wayubb. You've been doing fine. SOE is just failing to address the issue in a timely manner, and failing to let us know anything at all except the standard party line "We are looking into it".
