But if we don't shout out, the devs wont fix...simple as that...

QFE
If nobody shows any discomfort with the current TC situation and everybody just waits and sees, why would they change it? Apparently no negative feedback, so its gotta be great!
Has anyone tested if we get medical crafting XP for slicing base terminals?

How do you expect them to get balanced if no one says anything? The people who go in to test and DON'T say anything are partially to blame for things being out of whack in the real game. Please don't encourage the same behavior now.

Basicly the only thing they do for a Doc is allow a lower level of Doctor to get the same results with the enhancer as they would a advanced ability so once a Doc gets master or any of the advanced abilites they wont have any need for these. I have a bad feeling that these will almost never get used or need to be usedFor some more detailed info goHere someone more towards the middle of the thred did a great job exsplaining it.

On the flip side, the market for enhancers could go thru the roof. Ifyou can get the same effect using a enhancer at a lower box levelas a master doc, then you canusesome much more valuable items elsewhere.
Skill points to be exact.
Each point not used in a Doctor skill tree, can be put into another profession

I was told "medicine use" and "combat medicine use" tapes got nerfed exactly for that reason - non-masters were performing at master level without having to pay the skill points. Currently, I consider an enhancer not giving a bonus to a master doc or master CM a bug. I havent tested it myself, but as soon as I have and can confirm no bonus at MD level I will /bug it and try to get it changed.
