Thread: OK to me it looks like agressions is the specials nothing else.
Can anyone see anything different?
the way its shaping up to me is
Protects are split between phisyque

Protects are split between phisyque and prowess
Armor is dependant on just the phisyque.
and the sp1 and 2 is all agression.

I have had the same results with the armor.
The specials I have had multiple different results. Sometimes its pure agression. Sometimes its a mix of the Phys, Mental, and Prow. I did a test and put 3 of the same samples in Phys, Prow, and ment, then put in 2 of the same dna into the Agres and Psych. The results were Specail 1 from the Phys/Ment/Prow dna and special 2 from the Agres/Psych.
I think the quality of the sample plays a role in the specials sticking.
Going to disect my creature here.
I used one death head CNA in the agression slot, I used spider DNA in the mental and phyco slots.
I put rancor DNA in the Phys and harvester DNA in the prowl.
I made it into a dewback and got
CL 47
11,9**
10,8**
and 8,6**
Light armor
the following i am unsure yet, think it may be averaged across them all
kin 28 <-- Not sure why it dropped so much, the Kinetic veriabe must be in the mind or spread accross them all, The spider DNA only had 30 kin but the harvset is 75 and the rancor is 45 and the deaths head 10. possably averages out?
En 35 <-- rancors was 60 harvesters vunerable, spiders are 30, deaths head 10
Following where effected by mental or phyco
blast vuln Only the spider was vuln to blast so this means that means mental or phyco slots do alot for blast heat and cold.
heat 60
cold 60 Both heat and cold are spider stats, the rancor is 100 the mereks are 10 means mental or phyco slots for those 2.
Following are effected by either prowl or agression
electric 8 Now this looks like murrek thats low, they have 10 so do harvesters, the rancor was 100, webmaster vuln that means prow or aggression effects this.
acid 20 This looks like merek thats high. rancor was 25 the spider was 60
stun vuln
attack speed 207
damage 510 - 520
ranged no
This combo ONLY the deaths head had and that was in the agression slot.
SP1 Strong poison
SP2 Strong desease.
starting to think that possably kinetic and energy are a combo of Phys slot and the agression slot
rancor 45 deaths head 10
rancor 60 deaths head 10
I've found that experimenting with aggression affects the creature's damage in the final combine.

OK another update:
Kinetic is effected by agression.
Energy is effected by the Phsy slot
Electric is based on agression
Stun is effected by prowl
My latest creation using what i have said above.

Iam notfinished my experimenting yet, but I haven't been able to recreate a creature similar to your brackaset yet except when using high resistance DNA samples in all slots. I can see aggression having a modifier to the resistances inthe physical slot, though am seeing a water down effect based on something else - either another slot or all of the slots have some kind of minor effect(inbred DNA samples?) on resistances. It's probably the previous, just a single DNA slot(?), am thinking prowess may be my next suspect for testing. Am pretty sure I could backwards engineer a pet through inbreeding now to focus on single resists, just irked that I can't get a static set of numbers in my tests.. theres another variable that I haven't nailed down yet.
That all said.. when I get home tonight, I'll try some straight prowess and aggression focusing, see what that brings about.
Much thanks for the information, it's cleared a bit up for me-am*this* close to figuring resists out to consistently reproduce results with varied DNA samples. Cheers!
