I deleted my main char a while ago and then gave the account to a friend.
He made some new chars on that account. I would be so happy if could get my wookiee back 
I will try to get a hold of a csr on that case...but some time passed since i deleted him...dont think it will be work out.

OMG, that's seriously harsh mate, sad to see you go so abruptly, hope whatever you do will go well.
Get on the restore FAST guys, yes it is possible, but not all the CSR's are as accommodating as the one mentioned above. A very close friend of ours went to log on one day only to find out that SOE had inadvertantly whiped his entire toon list...ALL OF IT!
They initially said "ooopsy, our fault but sorry.....make a new toon, we'll set you back up with a house and like 100k"......long story short, after some serious um Nagging is a good mute term, yeah....and about 2.5weeks of total uproar from friends and the account holder, they reinstated his main toon if not the entire list.
I totally think it depends on who's ear you catch, how polite you are and just how LOUD you dare to be "polite".
Good luck to you, i'd be very sad so see a good BE ditch on something so accidental.
