Just wondering if there was a list of what exactly goes into each of these. I have a BE friend who is going to make me some schematics and I just wanted to start gathering up everything I will need.

Check the stickies for Lantyssa's Tailor tissue calculator. It is the best resource I have found for this type of request.

THAT question opens up some debate.
we KNOW that survey tissues don't work.
we KNOW that myoflex... well... it was made obselete.
there are conflicting reports on the ranged/melee def tissues. +25 might be too little to see any effect, or the tissue might not be working. if the tissue IS working, it is still subject to the +25 cap on SEA's and tissue mods... and given the nature of acc vs def x CL... you'll see a lot of players who WANT this tissue, but who may not be gaining any advantage with it.
maskscent works, mostly... but maskscent itself has taken a back seat to CL. if you want to be safe in the wild, CL80 is more effective than CLwhatever +master scout (+100) +clothing (+25) +food (+10 or more) (+135 or more total).
augmentation tissues work... but they enhance the DURATION of the 'buff' (I hesitate to use the term) and not the effect.

What about the terrain negotiation ones? Do you know if those work?

the terrain negotiation half works.
unarmed damage? I can't see any effect.
so... half of it works.
