Thread: Template Ideas
My first and foremost goal is to reach TKA Master, however what to do after that is up in the air.
Here are a few things I want to take into consideration :
1. I want to be group friendly
2. I want to take part in pvp frequently later on
3. I dont want to be gimped heh
My 3 main template ideas are.
TKA/Pistoleer/Smuggler
TKA/Pistoleer/Medic
TKA/Doctor
Currently Im working up the scout(for exploration), marksman, and medic trees.
Will exploration skills help me in both pve or pvp or both?
Well what are you enjoying the most besides tka?
I like the smugler/tka/pistol. I think they would work well together. You would be group friendly being able to tank plus do pvp without the setbacks of range. But if you like healing go for your medic combos.
I'm currently a Master Doc Novice Heavy -- thinking of dropping Doctor to pick up Master Brawler (I use intimidate and warcry a lot)
But, I dunno about losing Master Doc -- which is extremely useful, buffs, revives, poison disease cures...everything.
I wanted to see what the experts who have Master Brawler think about it --

Either way I'm Mastering Swordsman, melee rules!
if you dont master brawler to get lunge 2 you will probably never hit anyone in PVP
if anyone at all remotly even try to kite me i cannot hit them with anything except lunge2
i am master swordsman
most of the time in pvp i just warcry 2 and lunge2 people for crowd control while guildies range attack finish them off
if someone is dumb enough to stand still i usually kill them in about 5 seconds
i have a 791dmg power hammer and my 2h speed is 80/+14 for 94 from skill tapes
ive scalp slammed people in pvp for 1700 with a lunge2 to put them on the ground first
the hammer misses alot though on anyone with any melee defense above about 50, in that case use a 2h sword
I like PvE a lot more than PvP in this game for now...if that has any bearing.

atm as it stands, tka is much more powerful than ch (sadly)
but picking up some ch to help out wouldn't hurt at all
the combat testing that's slated to start in the near future will hopefully blur those lines of "better" professions and you can be effective in whatever profession you choose to go for

Is Medic 4434 enough to replace the benefitsfrom Meditation IV ? (besides Power Boost and Force of Will of course) So, would I be able to cure any poison, disease andbleeding (and any other nasty thing I may have forgot) on myself?
