Thread: Bought a BE Pet -- what now?
Congratulations! You're the new owner of a pet....deed.
The kahmurra you purchase is in your inventory. Take it to a creature handler (the higher level the ch the better because you'll get more commands). Trade the deed to the creature handler as you would any inventory item. The creature handler may charge you for the training but most just ask for tips. It doesn't take much time to train a pet and most creature handlers want the xp points anyway. You can request specific words for the commands. They can name pet as well if they have enough commands.
When they give the pet back to you it will show up in your datapad. Its not an inventory item anymore. To call the pet just click on it in your datapad. Select the call command. The other commands for the pet will be listed on the left side of your datapad incase you forget them.

thanks for the info--one other thing.
I understand that as a non-CH, I am limited to two pets. Do droids and faction "pets" (ATST, stormtroopers) count toward this limit?
