Thread: Dath insect meat
hmm, I spent one day there and came home with over 1000. Then to my suprise, there was another 900 on the bazaar in Coronet.
But I spent a long time roaming the planet. Then got really lucky when I found a gaping spider nest. Yes indeed, an insect hill that spawned a ton of graping spider brooders, gaping spider and three gaping spider queens. I am not able to kill the queens, but they were a good source of dna, and once they were out of the way, the regular gaping spiders, one at a time, with my bolma.
Like I say, I guess I was lucky to find that insect hill.
We went to the science outpost and kept refreashing the mission termanls until we found something, took us about 10 mintues , 
which seemd to take forever, and that was 3 of my guildmates and myself and in about 1 hour we walked away with about 3k in meat. just got to hunt on the mission terms, the missions pay about 5-9k so keep your eyes peeled for that price range and you'll get Spiders or mites.

Dosent work. Creatures in lairs always give 1 unit of meat when harvested. Im assuming this is to prevent us from camping said creatures.
Sigh.. we really need a coorosponent
dont run around, take missions
they are pretty high CL so you might have to group with someone so you can get the missions (gaping spiders), my 0111 BH with 1100 CH grouped with her GSP can get gaping spider missions solo while grouped with her pet.
I dont know if mites are missionable, anyone?
I group with my pets which gives me at least CL41 in difficulty (remember seeing that for sure).
I get missions paying 25k ... don't recall the CL level, its the new lizards they added and bolmas.
I clicked thru about 100 sets of 5 looking for spiders... nada.
Next suggestion?
Yes, for pets I use a Mite, CL 23, 6000 ham and armor and a Grand Wrix, CL 22 6500 ham and armor. The missions I get start at about 20k.
Also, this is what I have found...
Sometimes there is no spiders.
Sometimes there are spider that yield only 1 meat and
Sometimes there are lots of spiders and mites.
I have seen this cycle run several times now. If there is nothing, camp to the next day and they are everywhere.
the meat is deffinantly there... trust me, i went out with a group of seven and got the four with scout ability to harvest as much meat as they could off the spiders we killed and in 2 hours i had 18k in meat. Made me a 500 batch of stim c's and made 1.2 million credits off it in a matter of 2 days : )
