To my knowledge, the tissues only enhance your maskscent abilities. They wont give you the ability to maskscent if you havent already acquired it by levelling in the scout tree.

If I use Scent Camouflage, or Scent Neutralization in an item of clothing, do I have to be a Scout with exploration 2 to be able to use the enhancements? In other words, do I have to have the /Maskscent command before the clothing does me any good, or will the clothing itself give me the command? (I know it may sound silly but I'm a complete noob when it comes to BE's and their enhancements) Thanks in advance!
