I think we would be better off having a holocron being a requirement for our tissues.

There are milk drops, you just have to ask around. They're in difficult/rare spots.

I agree with you that the scarcity of one of our required resources is ridiculous, but hyperbole helps nothing.

Try getting enough Fish Meat to make a decent run of PetStimDs. Fishing is one of the most boring things you can do in the game, and it can't even be macroed! And PetStimDs are actually in high demand, unlike the Taming Tissues (which are in demand, but not many CHs I know of are worrying *that* much about getting them)
