Thread: Whats the best BE Cl10 creature?
Welp I'm having to give up CH and was wondering what the best BE CL 10 pet was or what DNA was needed to make a decent CL 10 pet.
I did a search and didn't see anything pertinent to that, so I apologize if this has been posted and I missed it.
i tried to make a Woolamander with Cu pa dna ...
CL 10
300 ham stats
dmg 45-50
0 resist
ranged attack+ stun
no experimentation
BUT ! "i lack the skill to be able to tame it " ........ (weird no ? )
i also amde an other one with experimentation
CL12
1300 HAM
dmg 140-150
1 % resist
ranged attack +stun
but non usable by non ch ...
Yeah I'm seeing that result repeated in several of these threads.
Looks like they really don't want non-ch having a passable pet.

laugh now but my binary load lifter is the best non-ch pet ever. medium armor with 40% resists to all but stun. only 1200HAM but that is a lot for a cl10 pet. and the armor lets it tank for a long time, only problem is you gotta find someone ELSE with a repair droid to fix it since you can't repair your own droids. this game is stupid.
I sort of hope that catches on. Everyone sending their walking forklifts into combat makes a great mental image. It's no more stupid than killing bunnies outside town with a baby rancor.
I have sitting in my shop my first attempt at a non CH tank. More experimenting needed tonight
Vir Vun
CL 10

A 1500

I need to experiment more on this to cram some armor and resists into this bad boy and Ill have all those non CH pet lovers who got shafted by the patch back in business. While everyone is working on making the biggest baddest creature out there I will dedicate my time to making the best CL 10 pet I can. Followed by attempting to make 3 CL 20 or less combo pets for me. I hear rumor of a level 17 nargalatch with 10k ham on one server. 3 of those would be insane.
i used average quality piket DNA
-Nice- Critters.
Those are the pets that will be worth a small fortune.
You do this and you will make a killing on your server. I am convinced this is going to be one of BE's biggest markets after the specifics on how to make these creatures gets worked out. My BE alt has been sampling like mad and I now have it where I can make 6000/5000/2000+ CL10 mounts with 15+ resists by keeping fierceness and power low(below 100). Now if I could just figure out how to use and get average high-level samples or put armor and more resists in, we'll be in business.

Great pet... but a bunny?? Put those same stats in a Slicehound, wrix or a zucca... pretty much anything that is dogish/catish/pigish and I would certainly buy it.
Is that possible? What kind of stats do you think would be possible if you just gave him Kinetic Resist only and no specials? Just curious.
BE sounds like an incredibly fun profession now.
I have a dilemma - I've been trying to make a CL 10 pet with decent stats for myself, just to see if I can do so. So at first I tried silly DNA on one, to get a minimum. Made a Jax with 80 HAM, CL 3
Then I tried things that conned even to me... the regular nuna on Naboo, and I used it on a Tybis - crummy stats, but CL of 15? Why was this? Is the Tybis a minimum 15 pet?
So I started getting a little more serious today, and sampled Elder Gualama (18) and Domestic Tusk Cat (18). My logic was that the closer it was to 10, the better off I would be, and could always breed down. This must have been flawed logic - while I made a Kima with Stunning Strike and Blinding Strike, it had 200 HAM... CL of 3.
What am I doing wrong? Should I go with the higher creatures? I'm sure the quality of DNA effects it, but to what extent?
These are very noobie questions, but I am new at this
Thank you for any help you can give. I'm having a lot of fun trying to figure out combinations.
Go for high level critters.
I've actually had a lot of luck doing hit and run samples on tatooine and naboo. All the work is in what samples you choose for what.
I'm still figuring out which stats on the sample correspond to the profiles on the assembly.
If you get a great creature who's levels are too high, sample -that- creature and use it's DNA in a next generation creature, which will have a lower level, but only slightly lowered stats. I'm currently working on a high HAM/damage cl-10 dewback as a new mount/tank and I've manage to get it down to CL 11 and still have over 3K ham and 90 damage.
