How long does the whole tree take, and what should i sample, i wanna be master by tomorrow.

took me two days to do...sample the trash out in front of the theed starport until you get DNA II and then once you get DNA II go to Lok and get gurk missions (8Kish) and sample the hell out of those, gurks give between 310-345 xp per sample and don't aggro that much. You'll get a nice lump of money as well. Get some vasarian brandy or moun gold to keep your mind up.

Not to be harsh, but the thread stickied up top for Holo-grinders has all of this info in it.

Unless you have bountiful stacks of meat and organics, don't expect to master Bio Engineer in one day or even two. The crafting requires grinding MNS', 35 flora, 15 meat per for ~100xp each.
