I heard that the melee was at 4, the best I have gotten so far with the stun is +17

Theoreticallyit is 5/20. I have gotten a 4/18.

All the top end tailor tissues have an upper bound of 20 (as far as I can tell)

5/20 would be awsome. Best I have seen is 4/20 also.

I make 4/18's consistently.....or they don't sell

If the cap on the other tissues is 20, I'd guess the cap on these is 5/20
